Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when returns and exchanges are accepted. Where an online marketplace hosts the sale, that marketplace's buyer-protection rules also apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Sealed product
Unopened sealed product may be returned in its original, unopened condition. Once sealed product is opened, its contents cannot be verified, so opened product is not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defect.
Singles
Singles may be returned if the card received does not match the listed card, condition grade, or printing.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue and we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping is covered by Heyzeus TCG when the issue is our error; otherwise the buyer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
