Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are prepared as promptly as possible after payment clears. Preorders and allocated releases ship after the product is released to retailers.

Packing

Singles are sleeved and protected with rigid backing or top loaders. Sealed product is packed with protective fill to reduce transit damage.

Carriers, rates, and tracking

Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Delivery timeframes are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Heyzeus TCG.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
